Roughly six months ago the beloved Capitola brewery Santa Adairius Rustic Ales or SARA for short uploaded their first post to their Oakland instagram account and thus Oakland Arbor was welcomed to the beer world. On December 28th last year in 2021 Sante shared to world they would be taking over the beloved Oakland beer location that was once The Trappist and two days later the change of hand happened. On December 30th Sante Adairius Oakland Arbor was open, well almost open. The SARA team officially opened its doors June 11th, 2022. We were unable to attend but we recently took a trip to stop in and check it out. The location is narrow inside but a lovely outdoor seating that has amazing shade to enjoy the beautiful Oakland days. The decor and feel inside has that Santa feel but still kept the feel of The Trappist. We’re happy to see Sante in Oakland and feel it was a perfect company to take over The Trappist building. With this being said here is some pictures of our trip.
