Aroma: Balanced aromas of hop and malt profile. Hints of bread like notes, earthiness, and grapefruit rind.
Taste: Same as the nose. Earthiness pine. Grapefruit rind, grapefruit flesh, dried berries, soft pine, lemon seeds, and a dry finish.
Overall: Wish this beer was fresh but none the less it was complex for what it was.
