Appearance: Pours a thick raspberry body with a creamy thick off pink head that maintains head retention.

Aroma: Jammy raspberry, overly sweet marshmallow/vanilla, and subtle coffee roast.

Taste: Jammy raspberry up front with subtle roasted coffee, sweet vanilla, chewy marshmallow, tangy, well rounded raspberry finish.

Overall: This beer was complex, balanced, amazing, and one of the best Schmoojee’s I’ve had.
