Fall in to the abyss with Powerstave Barrel-Aged Russian Imperial Stout…in two delectable forms:

Powerstave “Baklava” – For the Baklava edition of Powerstave Fieldwork took their favorite Imperial Stout base, aged it in Bourbon barrels, then let it take a long rest on toasted pistachios, roasted cocoa nibs, Madagascar vanilla beans and French grey sea salt till it found itself perfectly in balance, with delectables notes of cocoa dusted pistachios, vanilla soaked phyllo dough, and a mild salinity that keeps this Barrel Aged Stout extraordinary drinkable when compared to its gout Stout counterparts.

Powerstave “Birchnilla” – For the Birchnilla edition of Powerstave Fieldwork set this giant Imperial Stout down the river Styx resting in Bourbon barrels with yellow birch wood and Madagascar vanilla beans till it reached a harmonious balance of roasty Stout, fruity Bourbon, yellow cake, and vanilla. Keeping true to what we do; this is not in an overly sweet pastry stout, it’s everything we love about a normal Barrel Aged Stout with subtle nuance and complexity.
