When you’re like us and live hours away from breweries than you know traveling hours at a time can be exhausting. But at the end of the day it’s totally worth it when you can just unwind and enjoy some amazing beer with friends. But what’s better than your typical friends? We will tell you; Fast Friends!
This past week Austins newest brewery officially turned 1. That’s an amazing feeling when you imagine all the time put into years of planning just to open a brewery but this isn’t just any ordinary brewery.
Fast Friends is located on a huge piece of land that sits on a hill side. This coffee spot and beer destination is family and dog friend. They offer an amazing selection of food from bites to pizzas. A huge indoor seating with ceiling high windows that allow some sunlight in to soak up while soaking up some suds and an outdoor area that is two stories and leads down to panic seating, corn hole, and space for dogs to roam that over looks a beautiful scenery.
When you have found your seating be sure to head up and grab some drinks, wether a coffee, one of many beers, or a non-alcoholic beverage. Fast Friends has what you need. While we stopped in we had to indulge in all their lagers. If a brewery makes amazing lagers, then you know they will have other amazing styles. From a Mexican lager, hoppy lager, and dark lager we can say these guys killed it. But what about the IPA’s? Before leaving they let us sample a few and man their WCIPA was a banger.
