Zilker Brewing Co. will be kicking off this week with a celebration as while as release ten beer. Thats right teen year Anniversary beers…

First up is; 10 YEAR REUNION WEST COAST IPA 7% ABV // West

Coast IPAs are one of Zilker’s favorite styles to make: their refreshing qualities, pronounced hop profiles, and nostalgic appeal feel like the perfect way to celebrate this occasion. AROMA: intense orange, citrus, blended with tropical notes of ripe mango, juicy guava and subtle piney undertones. FLAVOR: clean malt, wisps of piney forests, and berry come through on the palate. The special ingredient in this celebratory beer is Gambrinus IPA malt, giving it a clean, crisp, super light body, so that all the hops we used could shine through!
