The United States has some of the best craft beer breweries in the world, a reason a lot of beer drinkers travel all over the state from the west coast to the east coast and even having breweries from all over the world wanting to collaborate with them. 3. Azvex Brewing Co. – Liverpool, UK

When it comes to Liverpool many people will think of futbol, hell even we support the Reds and know that you’ll never walk alone. But if you’re looking for something a little different from your typical English bitters then Azvex is the brewery pouring beers for you. This 4 vessel brew house pours 12 beers on tap, with fresh beer to go and is open 4 days a week Thursday through Sunday. This brewery has 4.02 stars out of 5 on Untappd making it worthy spot to check out if you’re looking to try some dope hazy beers, classic style like pilsners or hell’s and even fruited sours or stouts. 2. Messorem – Montreal, Quebec.

Montreal may be the largest province in Quebec’s and second biggest in Canada. Known for it’s Cirque de Soleli roots as while as having renowned culinary scene centered on poutine. But one thing is for sure it’s known for having Messorem Bracitorium in it’s backyard.

Messorem Bracitorium is a microbrewery that uses the best ingredients found on the market. Their primary goal is to create beers that they would want to drink that meet their personal tastes and criteria. The taste, texture in the mouth, and the appearance of their beers are very precise and specific.  What you see, what you drink at Messorem is exactly the result that beer had to have. They specialize in taticent or sour-type hopbeers, to employ English terms.

1. Vault City Brewing – Edinburgh, UK.

Vault City is an independent craft brewery and Scotland’s largest sour beer producer. They make heavily fruited, modern sour beers . Since 2018, they have focussed on relentless exploration when it comes to brewing. Their house culture and mixed fermentation base beer pairs perfectly with real fruit ingredients, and they use literally tonnes of the stuff in their recipes to help push the boundaries of what people would typically expect from a beer.

Vault City has set out to modernize a traditional style of brewing with their take on fruited sours. Their modern sour beers have converted even the most stubborn non-beer and traditional beer drinkers, with a mix of accessible and adventurous flavours.
