Now one craft beer brewery making a name for themselves is located in Botany South Sydney called One Drop Brewing Co. Opening up in 2019 and making a recent wave in the industry with their fruited sours. The brewery believes in the power of community, humanity and unique self-expression, and their beers that reflect who they are all the way down to their taproom.

What to expect at their taproom?

Located in a big brick industrial building with tropical plants welcoming you inside to a beautiful minimal decor interior with plants and good vibes while the beer is flowing and the people are living life. You can find awarding winning beers on tap. With up to 15 beers on tap with other non beer offerings you can enjoy your beer while eating some grub from one of many rotational food trucks, live music or trivia.

So if you ever find yourself in Botany South Sydney be sure to stop in Wednesday thru Sunday to enjoy an amazing IPA, stout or beloved fruited sours.
