Lets crack open this double dry hopped Double India Pale Ale from Monkish Brewing. Pouring todays beer into our signature BPM glass and it pours a creamy bright golden hazy body with a nice tight white head that slowly dissipates. As I take in thee aroma off the back notes of citrus zest, tangerine and soft melon bloom from the glass. My first drink and a flavor profile of of juicy fresh squeezed orange juice with a soft touch of bright melon, creamy mouthful, full bodied, a soft resin taste and finishes chewy. Overall after drinking this and letting it warm up a bit a soft booze shows through the flavor profile bring out more citrus zest and earthy dank that’s not strong but does linger a little rounding out the beer. This beer is big and full of flavor of while being very drinkable.
