When it comes to craft beer, America is the country that comes to mind, but over these years it seems countries all over the world are brewing out of this world beer and Mexico is one of them. Getting into the beer industry 16 years ago I remember when the scene wasn’t as big and not many beer shops were around, with this being said the only Mexican beer I was drinking was Modelo and corona. Being able to try beers from around the world of even from different states one must of had to do beer trades but in this day and age it’s not as hard anymore. One can head to their local grocery store and pick up some solid craft beer, now you may not get all the hard to get beers but you definitely can find some solid beers and rarities.

As of recently I’ve been seen more Latin American breweries popping up and man am I impressed with what some of them are brewing. Some brewers sharing introduction styles to please drinkers and others taking the risk to say fuck we want to go hard and make beer out of this world just like the brewers at Interstellar Brewing in Mexico. Checking out their social media account on Instagram all I can says god damn they are making some good looking brews from thick fruited sours, smoothie stouts, and so much more. Located in Toluca, Mexico Interstellar is a Mexi-Kiwi owned craft brewery. Focusing on pushing the boundaries and never compromising quality and science! If you want to visit them their brewery is available for tours on weekends and only available to groups. To learn more visit their WEBSITE.
